Stunning Classic Artwork by Morgan
If you're looking for the date, it can be found on the obverse near the bottom of the design. This side features a detailed portrait of Liberty. She's pictured wearing a small cap and facing the left. This is a George T. Morgan design.
Like the obverse, the reverse of the coin was designed by Morgan. This side displays a bald eagle design. A bundle of arrows and an olive branch can be seen in its talons as it holds its wings high. The face value and mintmark are below the eagle.
