These coins are known as Morgan dollars because the obverse and reverse designs are the work of George T. Morgan. The date can be found on the obverse. The central portion of the design shows a detailed portrait of Liberty.
The design on the reverse shows a bald eagle with its wings high in the air. A bundle of arrows and an olive branch can be seen in its talons. The mintmark is near the bottom of the design, just above the face value.
Graded MS63 by NGC
This coin was certified by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation. It was found to be in choice uncirculated condition and was given the grade of Mint State 63.
