Stunning Depictions of Liberty and a Bald Eagle
The central portion of the obverse shows a portrait of Liberty facing the left. She is wearing a small cap, there are plenty of fine details to observe on her face and hair. This design by George T. Morgan shows the date at the bottom.
A bald eagle is partially surrounded by a wreath on the reverse. This design is also the work of Morgan. The eagle is pictured with a bundle of arrows and an olive branch in its talons.

The Numismatic Guaranty Corporation was trusted with grading this specimen. Since it's in choice uncirculated condition, it received the grade of Mint State 63.
