Morgan's Inspiring Liberty and Bald Eagle Designs
Liberty is pictured facing the left on the obverse. She is wearing a cap in this design and has finely detailed hair. This classic design is the work of George T. Morgan. Thirteen stars can be seen around the date.
The inscription "IN GOD WE TRUST" can be seen near the top of the design on the reverse. It's between the tips of an eagle's wings. This bald eagle design was also created by Morgan.
