MS63 Beauty, Green Label Quality
Mint State 63 coins are characterized by good strikes and good mint luster. There may be some small contact marks and they will tend to be in non-focal areas. Overall this is a high quality grade with very good eye appeal. The Green Label is only given to specimens that before being submitted to NGC for grading and encapsulation were hand-selected by RARCOA for including factors such as outstanding eye-appeal, sharp strike, booming luster, or attractive toning. Only coins that meet RARCOA's stringent requirements are given the NGC Green Label, allowing collectors to quickly recognize high-quality examples that have undergone RARCOA's inspection in addition to NGC's certification and encapsulation procedure.
