Powerful King Edward I Design

Obverse: At the center of the obverse is a portrait of King Edward I. He is depicted wearing a crown. Encircling him is his royal title, which translates to "Edward King of England Lord of Ireland."

Reverse: The reverse is divided by a cross that intersects in the center. This made the coin easily divisible. Pellets are in the angles of the cross. A Latin rim inscription reads, "CIVITAS CANTOR," which means, "City of Canterbury."

Well Maintained VF30
