  • Any order that is not paid for immediately by credit card or Paypal is deemed a purchase request, and is not a binding sale.
  • We prefer Paypal and Visa or MasterCard payments. Due to market fluctuations, all other check or money order payments must be received within four business days of purchase request date or your order will be automatically cancelled. If you can not get funds to us within that time frame please do not place an order. Thank you.
  • Please print your invoice after placing your order, and mail it along with your check or money order. MAKE CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO JMRC. Failing to do so WILL delay the processing of your order!

  WE ACCEPT BANK WIRES AND OFFER A DISCOUNT AS FOLLOWS:

  • We will accept wire payments on a minimum purchase of $1000 or more, however no discount is offered on purchases up to $4999.99
  • A $25 discount for wire payments on purchases between $5000 and $9999.99 will be applied.
  • A 1% discount (before shipping charges) for wire payment on purchases of $10,000 or more will be applied.
  • If merchandise has already been discounted, we reserve the right to disallow the above wire discounts.

  Wire payments must be received in our bank within one business day after order is placed, or order request will be cancelled. A wire order request does not hold merchandise or prices until payment is received by us and within specified time frame. Failure to make wire payment within the specified time frame will result in the blocking of your IP address and other information that will prohibit you from making any additional purchases from us.
  Please be advised that wire transfers are initiated by you at your bank, and your bank may charge you a fee for this service that varies among different banks.

  Return Policy

  Our return policys are as follows:

  You have 3 days from receipt for precious metals and 7 days from receipt for non-precious metal coins to notify us that you will be returning the coins. You must contact us prior to returning the coins!
  Please be advised that a processing fee equal to 5% of the total purchase price exculding shipping charges will be applied to all returned and/or cancelled orders.

  Terms of Sale

  • U.S. Postal Service shipping only, with signatures required on all invoices over $100. Tampering or interfering with the mail is a federal offense. We will investigate all claims and prosecute in the event of fraud.
  • Insurance is included on all orders. At our discretion, we may opt to self insure any order. No claims will be honored by us for any shipment in which USPS or any other carrier indicates a "delivered" status regardless of who, if anyone, authorized or unauthorized, signs for the package.
  • We communicate best by online chat or telephone and can be reached at 1-800-362-9004 Ext. 311 or 355 during the hours listed below. Email responses can take up to 48 hours.
  • Shipping is only available within the 50 states to locations where signature confirmation is available. Sorry, no APO/FPO.
