• Wire Transfer

  • We will accept wire payments, for orders over $1000, and a 2% discount will apply in most cases. You must call us first to confirm the order, and we reserve the right to disallow the wire discount under some circumstances.
• Google Checkout

  • On the "View Cart" page, click the Google Checkout button on the left side of the screen below the list of items in your cart. Then follow the on-screen prompts to complete your payment through Google Checkout's system.
• Personal Checks, while not recommended, are accepted as a conditional method of payment.
  The terms are as follows:

  • Payment must be postmarked no later than the next business day after the order has been submitted for processing.
  • Payment must be received no later than the 5th business day after the order has been submitted for processing or the transaction is cancelled automatically. This is an automated process.
  • All orders are held up to 7 business days after the check is received for clearance prior to shipping.

Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows:
You have 3 days from receipt for precious metals and 7 days from receipt for non-precious metal coins to notify us that you will be returning the coins. You must contact us prior to returning the coins! This constitutes our standard return policy.
Some items may not be returned for any reason, but can be exchanged for the same item if available. If this is the case, it will be stated in the product description.

Please be advised that a processing/re-stocking fee equal to 5% of the total purchase price excluding shipping charges will be applied to all returned and/or cancelled orders.

Terms of Sale

• U.S. Postal Service shipping only, with signatures required on all invoices over $250. Orders under $250 will be sent with Delivery Confirmation. Tampering or interfering with the mail is a federal offense. We will investigate all claims and prosecute in the event of fraud.
• On occasion, bulky orders may be shipped FedEx Ground at our discretion.
• Insurance is included on all orders. At our discretion, we may opt to self insure any order. No claims will be honored by us for any shipment in which USPS or any other carrier indicates a "delivered" status regardless of who, if anyone, authorized or unauthorized, signs for the package.
• We communicate best by online chat or telephone and can be reached at 1-800-362-9004 Ext. 345 or 111 during the hours listed below. Email responses can take up to 48 hours.
• Shipping is only available within the 50 states to locations where signature confirmation is available. Sorry, no APO/FPO.
• We will not be responsible for typographical errors and will not honor any sales where a mistake was made in the listing, price, or quantity.

Certification does not eliminate all risks associated with the grading and purchasing of rare coins. The purchase of coins is highly speculative and involves substantial risk. As in other markets, coin prices can be extremely volatile and will rise fall depending upon market conditions as well as changing supply and demand. We do not sell coins as an investment but rather as a collectible that should serve the purpose of enjoyment in one of the world’s largest and greatest hobbies. Before purchasing coins, you should first have adequate cash reserves and other assets to absorb a potentially significant loss.
